Pets At Home news article

On Friday 21st May we visited pets at home in Aylesford to look at and learn about the types of animals they have in store. This was part of the Animal carer badge the cubs are working towards.

At pets at home we went in to the vets and were told about this dog that had a dummy stuck in its throat. They had to do surgery on it and two days after that he was already home.

After that we went to see the Guinea pigs and got to hold them and pass them around person to person and find facts about them. After that we got to stroke the baby rabbits but because they were only three months old we could not hold them, they were cute.

Finally it was at the end we saw more animals that we could not touch including chinchilla, rats, hamsters and fish. My favourite animal was the clown fish and they eat flake.
