Night Under the Stars - 09-10-2006
On Friday Night 5 of the Explorers went to Hamlet Wood and spent the night under the stars. The group of Explorers were given a couple of ground sheets, box of matches, some food, axe and saw, and a frying pan. They then had to spend the night building a fire to cook on and shelters to sleep under.
Everyone was worried about sleeping under a bit of plastic tied to a tree after the rain during the day on Friday, however it was a clear and mild night. On the Saturday morning the District Commissioner came to visit the site and found the Explorers all in good cheer.
